At Mobeluxe, we are committed to providing customers with transparent, reliable, and prompt support for all our products. Our Warranty Policy is designed to give you complete peace of mind when using Mobeluxe products—so you feel confident in both your purchase and the after-sales service.
Warranty Service Overview
Repairs or replacements under warranty will be carried out through Mobeluxe-authorised Service Centres. Warranty eligibility is subject to the product being within its valid warranty period and meeting the following conditions:
Product Warranty Classification
Mobeluxe products are backed by different warranty types based on product categories:
1-Year Warranty: For select premium products
Up to 1 Year Warranty: For mid-range or select utility accessories
Counter Warranty: For fast-moving or entry-level accessories
Please refer to the product packaging or listing for specific warranty duration.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
Valid in India: This warranty applies only to Mobeluxe products purchased within India.
First Owner Only: Warranty is non-transferable and confined to the original purchaser only.
Proof of Purchase Required: A valid invoice/bill must be provided when requesting warranty service.
Genuine Mobeluxe Products Only: Warranty is valid only for authentic Mobeluxe products.
Proper Use Only: The product must be used as per the user manual. Physical damage or misuse voids warranty coverage.
Service Centre Evaluation: Physically damaged or mishandled products must be brought to an authorised service centre for inspection. Such cases may only qualify for paid repair/replacement.
No Unauthorized Repairs: Warranty is void if the product has been tampered with or repaired by unauthorised personnel.
No Modifications: Any modification to the circuitry, software, or hardware of the product voids the warranty.
External Causes Not Covered: Damages due to lightning, abnormal voltage, natural disasters, or transit are not covered.
Use of Non-standard Accessories: Use of non-standard, low-quality or incompatible accessories (chargers, cables, adaptors) will void the warranty. Always use Mobeluxe-recommended accessories.
Shipping & Replacement Policy
Customers are responsible for shipping costs and risks associated with sending the product to the authorised service centre.
If defective parts/products are not returned, Mobeluxe reserves the right to charge for the replacement item at invoice price or MRP, whichever is applicable.
