Mobeluxe reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Site, and any service or material provided, without notice. We are not liable for Site unavailability at any time. Access may be restricted to certain users, including registered users.

You may be required to register and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree that Mobeluxe may use this data as described in these Terms of Use.

Replacement and Refund Policy

Mobeluxe will provide a replacement under the following conditions if informed within 72 hours of receipt:

• Wrong Product received

• Damaged product received

• Proof via photo or video

Upon confirmation, Mobeluxe will arrange a reverse pickup. Once collected, a replacement unit will be dispatched.

Not eligible for replacement:

• Dissatisfaction with appearance or sound quality of a defect-free product

• User-caused damage or tampering

Only one replacement is allowed per order. If the issue persists, the customer must visit the service center unless the product is dead on arrival.

Products from Mobeluxe are not eligible for refunds.

If the packaging is tampered or damaged, refuse delivery and contact support immediately. A replacement will be arranged.

Cancellation Policy

• No cancellations for orders placed under offers or discounts during special occasions.

• Orders may be cancelled before shipping begins.

• Mobeluxe reserves the right to cancel prepaid/COD orders if fulfillment is not possible.

• Refunds for prepaid cancellations are processed within 48–72 hours.

Shipping Policy

• One address per order. For multiple addresses, place separate orders.

• Orders generally ship within 24 hours; delays may occur due to demand.

• Shipped Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

• If package appears tampered or damaged, refuse delivery and contact Mobeluxe.

Invoices are included. If missing, log in to your account on www.mobeluxe.com to download.

Warranty Policy

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

• Use with non-approved accessories

• Unauthorized repairs

• Software-related issues

• Physical or external damage

Examples of Damage Not Covered:

• Accidents, neglect, abuse, misuse

• Acts of nature

• Overcharging or use of incorrect power supplies

• Improper operation, testing, or maintenance

Mobeluxe reserves final authority over warranty claims and replacement (color preference subject to availability).

PLEASE NOTE:

• Warranty service requires valid proof of purchase.

• Incomplete or illegible details may void the free warranty claim.

• Warranty is non-transferable and does not extend beyond the original period.

• Unauthorized service voids the warranty.

• Mobeluxe may use refurbished parts for replacements.

• In case of delivery issues, shipping must be arranged by the buyer.
