Replacement Policy
Mobeluxe allows product replacement only under the following conditions:
When Is Replacement Applicable?
You can request a replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Replacement is applicable only if:
The product is physically damaged or defective, and it is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
The product is not functioning properly, and the issue is reported within 7 days.
You receive a different product than what was ordered or it doesn’t match the listed specifications.
Replacement Process
Contact Mobeluxe Support via the website within the required time frame.
Our team will verify and determine the condition of the product—typically within 24 hours of your report.
If approved, we will arrange pickup and deliver a fresh unit.
The entire product package (including accessories) must be returned intact.
Replacement Not Allowed If:
You are unhappy with the look, design, or sound of a defect-free product.
The damage was not reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Damage occurred due to electrical surge, misuse, or negligence.
Note: Mobeluxe does not offer returns or refunds—only eligible replacements are provided.
Cancellation Policy
We strive to accommodate order cancellations when possible. However:
Orders already shipped or processed cannot be cancelled.
Same Day Delivery orders are non-cancellable.
Orders placed during limited-time offers or special occasions cannot be cancelled.
Mobeluxe reserves the right to cancel orders in case of pricing or availability errors.
Product Pricing
All prices on the website are in INR (Indian Rupees).
Product prices are current, but we reserve the right to correct errors in listings or pricing.
In the rare case of a pricing error after purchase, we will notify you and provide a full refund.
International customers using non-INR cards may incur currency conversion fees. These are governed by your bank and Mobeluxe is not liable for such charges.
Mobeluxe products are subject to GST as per Indian tax regulations.
Security
All transactions are secured via SSL encryption for your protection.
Payment information is never stored by Mobeluxe.
Payments are handled through certified payment gateway providers compliant with relevant banking standards.

Out of Stock Policy
While we aim to keep all listed products in stock:
In the rare event of unavailability, we will contact you within 4–5 working days.
You may choose to exchange, delay, or cancel your order depending on your preference.
Delivery Policy
Orders are shipped from our own or partner warehouses across India.
Estimated delivery time is 7–10 working days, based on your delivery location.
Delivery is carried out by our in-house team or trusted courier/logistics partners.
Delivery timing: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Orders must be signed upon delivery. If received by someone else, Mobeluxe will not be responsible.
Ensure the correct address is provided. We are not liable for misdeliveries due to incorrect addresses.
After Delivery:
Mobeluxe is not liable for damage to the product once it has been delivered.
Report shortages or damages on the same day through our ‘Contact Us’ page.
Mention any issues on the Proof of Delivery (POD) and have it signed by the delivery person.
If your order is marked “Delivered” but hasn’t been received, report it within 24 hours to initiate an investigation.
Delivery Charges
Shipping charges vary based on product size, packaging, and destination.
Final charges will be clearly shown at checkout before payment is made.
